1. Right of Withdrawal

Where the consumer right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide any justification, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

2. Product Condition

The product must only be handled to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Where applicable under applicable law, a reduction in the value of the product may be taken into account if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this verification.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where provided by law, including certain personalized products or certain sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening.

3. Defective or Non-Conforming Product

We will inform you of the procedure to follow and apply the rights and solutions provided by applicable law.

4. Return Costs

For a simple withdrawal, return costs are borne by the customer where applicable under applicable law and where this information was communicated before purchase.

When a product is defective, damaged, or non-conforming, the applicable costs and solutions are handled in accordance with current legislation.

5. Refund

When your withdrawal request is valid, the refund is issued in accordance with the timeframes provided by applicable law.

The refund is issued using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Where permitted by law, the refund may be deferred until receipt of the returned product or until receipt of proof of shipment of the product.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

An order that has already been prepared or shipped may no longer be immediately cancellable. In this case, the rules relating to returns and the right of withdrawal apply.
