This page explains how B-JMC™ prepares and ships your orders.
1. Destinations
Available destinations depend on the countries and products involved. They are indicated during checkout.
2. Order Preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or busy periods may require additional time.
3. Delivery Times
As a guide, after shipping, deliveries take approximately 7 to 14 business days in Europe and 7 to 21 business days for certain international destinations.
These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee delivery on a specific date. They may vary depending on the carrier, the period (holidays, promotions), and customs inspections.
4. Shipping Costs
- Europe (Spain and the European Union): €7.00
- International (outside the European Union): €10.00
- Free shipping on orders over €100, for all served destinations.
The order amount taken into account is the total of the products. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed before payment confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it is sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.
6. Taxes and Customs Formalities
Depending on your destination country, import taxes or fees may apply. These are indicated to you in accordance with the applicable rules.
7. Delivery Address
Carefully check your address before confirming the order. For any changes, contact us as soon as possible: if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will do our best to make the change.
8. Damaged, Incomplete, or Undelivered Package
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, or if you have not received it within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos or a video. Also consult our return and refund policy.
